1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for eligible products returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
You must provide a valid order number.
The item must be returned with all original tags, accessories, manuals.
If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
Our team will inspect the it within 24–48 hours
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
You will be notified by email once the refund is processed
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
l Customized or personalized items (e.g., with names, photos, custom text)
l Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
l Used, damaged, or altered products
l Items returned without original packaging or accessories
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless the item was received in damaged or defective condition:
l The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
l We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping
In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Majestic Arabia will either:
l Cover the return shipping cost
l Offer an exchange or full refund depending on availability
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item:
l Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
l Send us clear of the item and packaging
Late claims beyond 48 hours may not be entertained.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
l Orders can be canceled before shipping only
l Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return/refund process
